"This hotel so conveniently located close to the famous Cathedral, but in reality the hotel is like a living museum itself! Everything was perfect from the great treatment upon arriving late, along with assistance at the front door. Also to note that the room detail is exquisite with terrific lighting throughout. The free minibar was a super bonus due to my late arrival and not having had any dinner. You get a great memory foam bed and a 5 star hotel that is relatively inexpensive by world traveler expense. Quite the amazing overall experience- I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful and very well taken care of, everything looks new and it is bigger than what I expected. Our check-in was made by Josh, who was friendly, helpful and polite from this moment until the end of our stay. I also want to thank the front officer who I borrowed an adaptor from, but unfortunately I can’t remember her name - she was also friendly and attentive throughout our stay! We decided not to join breakfast but we did visit the rooftop bar and were welcomed with lots of enthusiasm by the staff. The drinks menu is tasty, creative and Instagramable. My drink’s theme was a lab experiment, it had smoke and changed colours as the bartender served on the table, an experience! The bar was very busy so it did take a little while for us to be served. I never stayed in a hotel with such a complete range of room amenities, everything you can think of is there. Some amenities are paid for, but all the essentials are complimentary and that was very welcomed. My husband was heat stroke one day and having a decent AC made a huge difference on his recovery. The rain shower is massive and potent and the room was quiet all times. The only thing I would say is that if you are looking for a breathing view this is not it, but we didn’t care about the view. The location is perfect, walking distance from all the main historical attractions, great restaurants, and near to bus stations, so it was easy to go to the beach too. We had a great time, thank you to all ESTIMAR team"

"Nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this was by far the best experience. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced such exceptional hospitality anywhere else. Every interaction made us feel valued. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and we’ll definitely be back."
