"Oh my word!!! Some of the loveliest staff and friendly Locals you will ever meet. We had a vehicle problem. If we had needed to, the Hotel was happy to keep it safe for us until we had it collected days later. Restaurant food was outstanding, starter was the best I have eaten this Holiday. Cafe area was warm and welcoming. Just a perfect stay in a lovely town. Thank you "

"Impressed with my stay overnight 3 years ago. Rebooked on that basis. So after a 500 mile car journey and looking forward to a nice drink in the lounge bar and meal in one of the two restaurants advertised on Hotel.com booking confirmation were extremely dissatistied to find neither open. Compounded by a surly desk clerk suggesting we get back in the car and find somewhere in Poitier. Had to demand hot water to make tea, and double room for 2 was only made up for one.
