"Very clean and well kept and a very cool Hotel , apparently was the first indoor mall in North America from back in 1890’s and was renovated into a Hotel not long ago . And walking distance to the Browns Stadium , Rock and Roll Hall of fame and restaurants and bars . The next time I visit Cleveland will be staying there ."

"My criteria for hotels are safe and clean with customer service agents who take pride in their work. This hotel met all the criterias. I did pay $100 for a over sized vehicle at the lot across the street for b parking overnight but that's not on the hotel. Bonus: great location to stadiums, restaurants and the waterfront. Note: During my stay in an ADA room, I noticed that the mounted shampoo bottles were about 5 feet on the wall. If someone needed to sit to shower, that person could not...
