"The staff were all very friendly and helpful . Room was huge , clean and comfortable . The only negative ( which was not a big issue ) was there was no plug by the mirror which made it really tricky to use hair straighteners / hairdryer . I would stay again ."

"Room quite dark due to navy walls but modern. TV in very awkward place to watch. Noise from nearby clubs/bars but luckily we could close doors/window as the hotel had thoughtfully put a fan in the room (weather very hot -28 - 30 degrees). Downstairs cafe / reception very comfortable with air conditioning. Prices reasonable. Easy to walk to shops, docks, museums etc Enjoyed our stay "

"It is well-placed for easy access to the Liverpool shopping and theatre area with excellent transport links. The property is dated and needs a bit of an update to the room and general areas, but clean and comfy rooms with an excellent choice of quality produce at breakfast. "
