We didn't do the breakfast. We arrived later evening and Windy was so, so helpful. The bed was good, the bathroom fine, but the air conditioning was noisy so we didn't use it.

Everything was awesome except for housekeeping. They didn’t clean our room for 3 days. We did let the front desk know upon checkout.

The Lodge at Cloudcroft
Shower head was not working properly. Phone and clock in room did not working. Most, but not all of the staff was friendly. Staff seemed to only interact with locals. Not very attentive to other’s. Food, drinks, and atmosphere are great.
