The staff is welcoming and nice. The property needs work. Don’t plan on using the pool - you can’t. The grounds are horrible. Garbage and glass all around. Not a walkable area.

The Lodge at Cloudcroft
I loved my stay a the lodge in cloudcroft, it was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, Clean rooms and bathrooms and alot to look at and explore.
