"The kickback is an amazing perk! Definitely my favorite part of my stay. However, other issues arises. We were on the 8th floor and it was 78 in our room. "Easy booking pretty straightforward, front desk was good. However, housekeeping not so much. My husband and I stayed for two nights. First night we arrived very late it was fine. However, second night when we came back our bed was not made we found it exactly the same as how we left it in the morning. They did change towels for clean ones but is the first time I stay in a hotel that does not make the bed for the guest. It was disappointing."
