"This property's management is obviously more concerned about making a buck that providing any sort of customer service. Due to a wildfire in the area, I called the day of our check-in to request a cancellation or rebook to a different date. The highway leading into Ouray was closed and law enforcement was urging people to stay away. I was told that as I booked through Expedia it was impossible to change the reservation and that they had a clear policy of no refund less than 14 days out. I...

"This was a perfect little getaway! Breakfast was delicious and so fun to talk to the hosts and other guests. The tranquility is incomparable to any other hotel and the horses on site brought such peace and healing! The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked with kitchen supplies that you'd need to prepare a meal adequately. The staff was so helpful and the room was spotless. I stayed in the annex. They even helped to know where to go for dinner. The springs are close by and worth a pop in."

"The Inn is in a great location in a quaint town and is very walkable to local restaurants and shops. The decor is very welcoming and the unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There are stairs to some of the units, so if that is an issue you will want to plan accordingly. The breakfast and afternoon snacks/wine was lovely."

We wanted to walk around on our check out day and they were kind to hold on to the chocolates I purchased so they wouldn’t melt while we were walking. The breakfast was delicious. My only small complaint is we were in the first floor room next to the dining area and could hear everything happening there from late night ice run to the morning breakfast prep. "The staff was lovely. Tracy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and cordial. She helped us reserve a ride to the airport that was less expensive than Uber. The room was nicely apportioned. The only thing was the neighbors in the next room were a bit loud — they were watching sports. But otherwise everything was wonderful. We’d stay there again."
