The Academy Hotel Colorado Springs
Clean room, very nice staff and delicious omelet. The hotel sitting area is large and very comfortable. Multiple coaches and a fireplace. Since we were not intending to use the exercise room, we were not disappointed with the broken equipment.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs
Terrible customer service. I have contacted the propery regarding a sweater that was left behind less than 2 hours from checking out. I specifically told whomever I was texting the room number and I had left the sweater on the bed. No response whatsoever!
