"The hotel was about a half hour walk from the Ohio State Stadium and was in a quiet area. Parking lot was nice; room was clean but smelled slightly of smoke. They have a small outdoor sitting area and staff that I dealt with were friendly. Overall, this hotel was a great value."

"There was ample parking, there was a bed and running water. This place has the basics and was very affordable.. with that being said... everything was dirty. The walls look like they haven't been wiped off since 1972. The tub was atrocious. Water wouldn't drain and black stuff started coming out ..."
