"Great location - wonderful to have covered and easy parking just for hotel guests. Modern design and clean property! Our stay was short but we had a nice walk down to the river and even rented an electric boat for an easy and fun tour (lescaboteurs). "

"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...
