"This was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at! From check-in to check-out the experience was seamless. We were greeted by the staff immediately upon pulling in and they showed us to our room and made check-in very easy. The peaceful setting right on the river was a dream. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Smoky Mountains/Gatlinburg area."

"The hotel is faceless. We somehow learnt that when we teached there at 2 am and were hunting for reception(which doesn’t exist). The room number and access code were sent out in an sms which was sitting in my unknown folder. I would have preferred an email on the same. The priperty is nice and convenienly located. But its a very small property Breakfast - for the hefty price, you get a a grab and go breakfast which was not below par. There is no one to talk to in the restaurant to refill...

"The living room area was a bit small but it al worked out since it was just two teenager and two adults. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the drive was so scenic and peaceful. We always choose Embassy Suites for the hot breakfast and great customer service! I would go again with my girlfriends for sure!"

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay. After a long day of traveling with our family, we checked into this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable room. Instead, as soon as we entered the bathroom, we found stains at the bottom of the bathtub, and when we lifted the bath mat, there was hair underneath it inside the tub.
