The facilities seemed new (or very well-maintained) and while the hotel didn't offer all of the amenities generally provided by a 4- or 5-star hotel, everything offered was done well. "We didn’t have any complaints during our stay. We arrived very late, around 4 AM, due to flight delays, and initially had a few issues with check-in. However, the manager quickly resolved everything and made the process much smoother. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and they even extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated after such a long travel day. The pool was closed, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we weren’t planning to use it anyway....

"Arriving to Fairfield we were greeted with nice enough hospitality but there were three people located in the front chatting with the manager. While walking in they looked at my fiancé and I. I thought nothing of it and went to go park my truck extremely quick while my fiancé had our luggage heading to our designated room. In that short amount of time I was gone which was around a minute the young man was trying to talk to my fiancé. My fiancé of course did not respond to these flirtation...
