"We really enjoyed our night at The Old Manor house. Parking is excellent, and the facilities were perfect. We took advantage of the communal lounge and played some games with hot chocolate. Had a lovely meal at The Lamb in Uxbridge. Breakfast was excellent."

"Lovely hotel staff were brilliant.food was excellent.only problem it was very noisy in the mornings."

"Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance so the extra amenities were not available."

"Wonderful hotel. Nice breakfast."

"A very comfortable one night stay, lovely helpful staff, great good value food. The bed was comfortable and facilities were good. We were at the front so had a lot of road noise which we are not used too. I would recommend the hotel and pub"

"Lovely place to stay, great accommodation, staff and food"

"No food till 5 and £22 a day for parking is ridiculous"

"Ample parking on site. The room was clean but in need of a redecoration. Beds were a bit 'squeaky'. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful."

"Overall very good"

"The hotel is perfectly positioned as a base for the caves and mill. The rooms are clean and the staff helpful. Catering is a little quirky as the restaurant can't accommodate large numbers wanting to eat at the same time. We had an issue with a booking for dinner which they then could not honour, so we had to call in a pizza when already late, and then our pre-booked breakfast could not be accommodated without negotiation upon which we were given half an hour for a family of 4. "The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, this farm is a fabulous escape and more ! The lodge was clean and well equipped and had the added luxury of a hot tub. We didnt try the axe throwing or the archery but we will be back so who knows"

"Really loved our short stay at this place. Very clean, very well laid out and above and beyond with the snacks/drinks left out. Very convenient for Bristol Airport. Unfortunately a late evening arrival, dry early next morning flight meant that our stay was short and we didn’t see the place in the daylight! Would happily return."

"My husband and I had a great stay at the Crossways. The staff were amazing and so helpful, the room was spacious and food was delicious!"

"Room was clean.. Staff were nice & helpful.. breakfast eas nice... it is looking a very tired looking hotel... probably in need of a refresh All in all... a good stay"

"Reception manager was very helpful, and cheerful guy."

"David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."
