"Checked in and it was my fault for booking until Saturday not Sunday. But when I got back to my room they had thrown all my stuff out in a trash bag and left it outside the door of my hotel. They also took some of my items. Room had just a bed and a non smart tv. Not really worth what I paid. Not even at least a microwave. Anyways I should not have had things missing even if I got checked out too early. The last hotel I left something at kept my stuff for a certain amount of time before they...

"Room not ready at check in. Staff really rude. I was pushed aside and told move aside we will wait on her first- who was the person behind me and told there was not a room ready for me. It was after the 4pm check in time. The woman in front of me had an issue. Waited 20 minutes. Another employee tells me room not ready come back in an hour. I was upset, missed by dinner reservations, and a room was suddenly ready in 15 minutes when I asked to speak to management. I was told no manager would...

"This property was not worth the money paid..room smelled like body odor, had to asknfor a shower curtain, piad for parking but had to walk althe way around the hotel to get in..the bed was uncomfortable, no blanket and they charged you if you wanted extra... Overall very uncomfortable. The staff was very nice , coffee was good But i acnt believe i paid $200 for the night. Served its purpose but Wow! Never again....and i feel i deserve a refund Very disappointing 😞 "

"Not hotels fault but ended up getting a smoking room so smell was not great, floors sticky and hot water didnt work in the shower. Also no coffee available at the hotel and front desk not helpful with even pointing you in a direction for some. If you really need somewhere to stay its a room but keep expectations low. "

"Los empleados fueron muy amables, el baño de abajo del lobby si estaba sucio pero es culpa de la gente que no cuida las cosas parece que son cochinos en las casa. fuera de eso la habitación limpia, el baño del cuarto limpio, el desayuno que ofrecen estaba muy bueno. Pasamos pocos días pero es un lugar cómodo para pasar la noche y buenos precios."
