"I was very impressed with our stay here. We arrived very late just to rest our heads so we could move on over to Helios for our Epic Universe vacation.
Upon looking around at the pool and splash pad, we would have loved to have stayed here during the day!
We missed breakfast because we got to the theme park early (so I can’t comment on it), but it is actually the reason we chose the hotel along with proximity to the theme park. I’m sure it was just fine.

"I feel like the property is a hidden gem. My family enjoyed it. A bar on site would be nice for the adults. Everything was very clean. Only gripe was I called the front desk about 3 times for housekeeping items and they never got delivered. Communication aspect needs improvement but overall I was happy with my stay."

"Very nice hotel that was probably the nicest one I ever stayed at. I went down for my birthday and they had bars, food places, and a stores at the hotel itself. My room had a private hot tub which I greatly loved. My only complaint is that the state had an almost record low so the hot water was struggling a little bit. However as soon as I told them, they went straight to trying to fix it."

"Checking in took extremely long and this was after peek time. The hotel front desk has no sense of urgency and my room was not clean despite me calling and confirming on my way out. I was unaware to communicate with the housekeeping staff due to a language barrier and parking is $20 per day for apparently no reason as there is no security on patrol that I observed. Location is great but I did not like the crowd of pit smokers hanging in the parking lot at night."

"one out of two elevators was OUT OF SERVICE for all 4 nights of our stay, not sure if it was on purpose to save some cost or they couldn't get anyone to repair the same. it caused a long wait time as our room was on 5th floor. breakfast was decent, but repetitive, only change in variety was in waffle which we loved. they could work on shuttle pick up time from universal theme parks, currently its 8.15pm, could be more like 9.15 or 9.30 pm."
