Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette et il était trop tard pour nous rendre au 109.

"Clean small room in the middle of Kensington. Very small room to share with someone else but as long as you don’t mind that then it’s a great stay for a short term period."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"Location was great, but the premises were just ok. We were with 3 adults, so it was really awkward having only one key. We couldn't come and go separately b.c. of that. Bathroom had some nice amenities, like a heated floor and towel bar, and the water heat and pressure were good, but the shower head wouldn't keep it's position, and it was really hard to keep water from going outside the tub. AC was nice but difficult to control (either always on or always off). And the elevator didn't...
