"One would think a hotel would provide a phone for their guests, even for one local call. I needed to call the car rental When we arrived, the heater wasn’t working, they fixed it right away. The shower isn’t the best, i can’t adjust the height because the adjustment is cracked so the shower head is throwing water on my neck. The condition of the room is not the best, kitchen cabinets were all worn out, baseboards are warped. The whole room needs to be renovated now, finishes were all outdated...

"The staff were helpful and courteous. We cooked our Xmas dinner in the kitchenette. The kitchenette was well stocked for us to cook gourmet meals ( pots, pans, utensils, etc. Hammersmith is a 10 minute walk with a plethora of stores, pubs, and restaurants close by. We have stayed at the Lamington Apartments six times over the years and have never been disappointed. "

"Everything was great, check in was in different place, but just 2 min away, and well explained where we needed to go.
Room is very comfortable, I was staying with my daughter, perfect size for two of us.
Kitchennete has everything you need for short a short stay. Room and toilet are very clean. Nice view, perfect for a short stayshort stay, the room and bath room is clean"
