Room was clean. Curtain day shade was torn - 6" hole/rip. Mentioned to front desk since they requested credit card for incidentals. Bathroom toilet paper holder and towel hook was pulling out of wall. Outlets were very worn loose and didn't hold device plug.

This was the worst stay ever. No air or heat. No phone to call out to desk no hair dryer Guest flipping out because of a roach in her room. They allowed her to yell at 11 pm for over 20 minutes. Couldn’t ask for anything. Workers were foreigners

Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast bare was magnificent, hot and lots of choices. All staff were very friendly.
