"My Wife and I stayed for one night only with an Afternoon Tea booked for 2pm that day. Despite us arriving and a notifying staff of our presence at 12.45pm our Afternoon Tea did not arrive until 2.30pm. Apparently the kitchen staff were "very busy". When it did arrive, other than the scones and jam/cream, the Afternoon Tea was very basic with limited sandwiches and and an assorted selection of cheesecake only.
