"Overall our stay at Los Lagos was very good. We had a few problems with a doorknob and couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV (it is difficult to understand) but the property was beautiful and the hot spring pool was very nice! Overall, a really nice experience with the breakfast being excellent. We would return! La Fortuna is close by and there are restaurants nearby if you want to drive out of the hotel area ! great location!"

"The location of the property was excellent. The room was very nice with friendly staff. The only minor thing that we did not like was the TV. It was a mini baby toy Tv with low picture quality. I know you don’t watch Tv during vacation but I was hoping to enjoy the World Cup games while we were getting ready for dinner."

"It was much prettier and amazing in person. Clean room, loved having a dehumidifier . Daily room cleaning was great. Staff was friendly . We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Swim up bar was awesome. Swim up bar is a warmed pool. Moneys were right outside of our room and we were able to watch them ."

"Property and staff were absolutely amazing during our entire 5 day stay! The resort blends perfectly with the natural environment and the hot springs heal the body and soul. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. The food is exceptional and the staff made us feel like royalty. The place radiates positivity and peacefulness. "Great Staff, tidy rooms, Great Location"

"It was absolutely beautiful place to stay. The food was delicious but could get pricey for a family of four. Breakfast was good but not many choices. Had to rent everything (paddles for tennis, etc). Pools were nice but not as large as i thought they showed on the pictures. Very safe, didn’t get to see a lot of wild life. River is a beautiful sound. Very private and the staff were all amazing."
