"Very friendly staff. Too much seaweed. Quiet and comfortable. Bartenders are great! But if you really want to enjoy the beach go somewhere else. Taxi rates are really high. Rent a car. Food is good but very low choices."

"T treated my family to a short weekend stay at the Kay and it was lovely. The beach was beautiful and the bar alive with guest. The room was spacious enough to enjoy the beach weekend and had the basic essentials for our short stay. However, the old-empty water fountain & pool outside were eye sores, obstructing out view of the beach. But overall the beach was beautiful and for a short family stay the price was not too bad. "

"Every single person on the staff was helpful and welcoming. This recently-renovated property is right on the ocean. Even though we visited past peak season (so it wasn't busy) we were treated so well by the staff. Food and drinks were top-notch. They have Japanese food on the weekend, and really good sanwiches, pizza, etc. in the bar. I will miss the cool, spacious room and the view from the balcony. "The property was good and a solid choice for a quiet stay on the island. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed for renovations however the Coral Sea restaurant located a 10 minute walk away offered a great option. Te good "
