"Die Unterkunft war schön und gemütlich. Mit vielen kleinen Details. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war lecker und gesund. Und es gab einen Kaffee Vollautomaten nicht sehr häufig zu finden in Chile. Top Lage alles was sehenswert ist in Pucón, ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen."

"I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back.
