"The hotel is under renovation so we could not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation."

"If you are on a budget and just want a place to (try and) sleep in, this place might be for you. The unit we got was old and in an average condition, and had a pee-smelly toilet. The unit is connected to another unit by a thin wall, and we could hear every sound made in the unit next door. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well.
