"We have been to the Beachside Resort several times. The beachside location, comfortable beds, and friendly staff keep us coming back. It's an older property, and the stairwells, elevators, and exterior hallways need improvement, but we overlook all that. The recent elevator renovation is awful. The cheap wood slats smell terrible and toxic, and they have already been broken, no doubt by bags and suitcases banging against them. They should be removed and replaced by something else. "Really enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. The views from our balcony were breathtaking. Also didn"t realize certain perks were included with our room rate, including pool towels and two beach chairs and an umbrella each day. Breakfast was pretty good..the usual continental breakfast. There was a main water break that impacted the water for all beachfront properties for a couple hours but the front desk was helpful during that...
