"Stayed on site for a wedding. The wedding suites were good and well maintained. The actual accommodation was not great. Very basic rooms and lack of air con was a serious deficiency. When we are experiencing hot weather (as now), the one electric fan provided in a family room is not really sufficient. Breakfast was okay but very crowded in the area. Teas and coffees only available on a machine. One of the two wasn’t working so large queues formed at the one machine that was working. Not a great...

"Phenomenal place to stay. We were in the mews in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was so beautifully out together. Very clean, great staff, and if we needed anything we had it within minutes. We had our 4 year old with us too, and there is a great park & playground behind the hotel which was a big plus. Highly recommend! The only next best thing would be to have somewhere to hang your towel within reach of the tub. That’s the only set back, if you have bad knees or can’t bend over...

"Everything about this place was horrific apart from the view from the room. Staff were rude , cleanliness of the room was appalling. The so called maid service was only a change of towel and a bin change. Room was filthy when we got there , we complained and it still got us nowhere after 3 days stay . V dirty . Worst hotel I have ever been to ."

"Surprisingly clean, spacious and modern on the inside despite the exterior being deceivingly older. Enjoyed our stay. It was so convenient for the castle, the shopping and dining, and right outside where the change of guards are."

"It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"
