"My fiancée and I chose this destination as a midway point to meet and spend time together. Individually, our travel conditions were absolutely horrible. We were delayed by a day, and my luggage was lost. The hotel staff at Mazagan and the concierge did everything they could to accommodate us and make up for the negativities of our overall experience even though it was not the fault or responsibility of the hotel or their staff. "As soon as we pulled in we were greeted in a most polite and respectful way. The staff from front desk, restaurant to spay were all amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. Having 2 bathrooms was certainly a luxury we appreciated. The king size bed was comfortable. We couldnt help but notice the tub shower had a bit of a design flaw.
