"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Even able to move twin beds so they weren’t right next to each other. Roof top bar was very nice! Staff professional and friendly. Would recommend."

"The staffs at this hotel are very professionals and very nice. Excellent customer service special at the bar."

"Room was small but comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Did not have breakfast, but our travel companions did and said it was very good."

"The property is very well located, and the building is well kept. However the staff aside from the people working at the front door, and the bell boys were disinterested and unhelpful.. We had to request three times to have body lotion supplied to the pump beside the bathroom sink, twice to have a box of Kleenex, put into the Kleenex box holder, had to call to the front desk at one point to have our room cleaned at 5 PM since it hadn’t been cleaned at all that day. "There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling… other than that hotel was beautiful. We only stayed 2 nights or else I would’ve made a complaint."

"Excelente hospedaje, muy buenas instalaciones, en buena zona, amplio! Me gusto mucho y si volvería a hospedarme"

"Staff was very good"

"Under construction in the whole area! Horrible selection of restaurants that are actually good! Food was very poor, recommended by front desk. Looking for us to give restaurant good review, but food was spoiled old seafood. Never will a taxi pick you up, or drop you off at hotel; I guess because of construction. Luckily we only stayed one night there."

"Excellent location, nice view"

"スタッフも優しく対応してくれ、お部屋もとても綺麗でした。無料シャトルバスの発着場所も事前にメッセージで動画で送ってくれるため、とても分かりやすかったです。夜にバルセロナに着いたため、空港近くのこのホテルに泊まりましたが、良い選択となりました。"

"The Bracelo Raval was a short ride from the cruise terminal. The hotel was unique with its shape and decorating, but it was clean, with amazing views. The staff were accommodating to store our luggage until our room was ready. The location to the tourist sites; the amazing Market, Gothic Quarter and the Hop on and Off Bus was convienent, however the surrounding streets were not ideal to be in after dusk. The area the hotel was located in was not the cleanest and seem to be home to a different...

"The staff was very personable and extremely helpful with any questions we had. The location was perfect for walking to all the different areas of Barcelona. A variety of food establishments within easy walking distance. Felt very comfortable and safe walking in the area surrounding the hotel. It really was a perfect hotel! Definitely would recommend as a hotel to stay in Barcelona."
