"An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but...

"Nice house, only a few mins from the Metro. Could do with a lick of paint in places but no complaints. Clean and comfortable. "

"Just 10/10 Everything you want all in one place 11/10 if you play golf me and my partner dont but just love the place. Beautiful surroundings friendly staff and the Beds so comfy for a good night's sleep."

"overall good"

"Lay out of room was excellent for a one night stay, with the bonus of having a settee to relax on. Staff were brilliant, contacted receptionist as hair dryer did not work, replacement was with us within 5 minutes. Car park, (albeit a little tight) is perfectly located. City centre is a 10 min walk away."

"Great stay for city centre break would stay again"

"Great location for a great group gathering"

"Lovely spacious room. Very clean spacious bathroom. Great TV. Water in the fridge."

"Helpful and friendly staff. We were able to check in before the official time which was useful. Room was spacious, nice fluffy towels, breakfast was very busy but everything was topped up and tables were cleared immediately. Lift took ages so probably get a lower floor room next time so we could use the stairs instead. 10 mins from Birmingham New Street station."
