"I rented 2 rooms for a night. Both bathrooms were dirty - toilet seats with bits of feces and dried urine on them. Arrived in the middle of the night, so had to stick with the reservation. But I would never stay in this hotel again. On the bright side, the young man at the front desk was very helpful, courteous, and helpful. I left him a generous tip for a job well-done, and left the cleaners no tip as they are the reason for my low rating."

"Good value for your money. A little far from downtown Plattsburgh. The price is significantly lower than the hotels in Burlington, VT, and surrounding towns."

"Bed was comfortable, room was clean but outdated Scratched paint on the walls, tiles in the bathroom are old"

"Beautiful room. The a/c was not able to be set any cooler. The refrigerator didn't work properly. The bathtub was unusable because the water only could be set to 'shower'. We needed ice but there was no ice maker on our floor and no directions to one. We were given cups & a microwave but no instant coffee."

"The photos of the room do not reflect reality at all. The bedroom was very dark, and the furniture was old and dirty. Even the cushions looked like they had been there for years and were clearly worn out. Although the room was a generous size, the overall condition gave us a very bad first impression. The room felt creepy and uncomfortable, and we immediately felt uneasy about staying there. It was 11 p.m. on a rainy night, when we arrived at the hotel, but we decided not to stay. My first...

"Both rooms were worn out and smelly and bathrooms not clean properly saw dead spider hanging in the corner of bath tub. Asked for a blanket and the blanket they gave me was not comfortable at all!"

"Very Getto like, very poor across the board"

"Good"

"The room could have definitely been cleaner. Otherwise the rest of the hotel was maintained well."

"What an absolute gem! We stayed for one night at the lodge and were very delighted with our experience. The lodge was beautiful, clean, and quiet. We will certainly return next time we are traveling through the area."

"Simple check in at the desk. Provided golf carts to use to get belongings back and forth from car to cabins🙂 Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. There’s a campfire pit and they offer wood for a fare price. Pretty area for a walk. Very reasonably priced stay!!!"

"She was very blunt and kind. She understood how late our flight was has comped us another night for in the future when we come back. The room was clean. It’s a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful and enjoyable."

"Very quiet cabin m mn in wooded setting. Cabin was clean and cozy with all the conveniences of home. Beds were very comfortable. Contact person was quick to respond to questions.."

"As a party of eight bicyclists, traveling on a budget, this motel met our needs perfectly. The staff were especially accommodating and helpful. Having a restaurant (Gus' Red Hots) next door was a real help."
