"The property is not set up to receive prospective guest. Upon arrival to the property no one knew who you were or what you were there for. The process is sit up for newcomer to be taken advantage of as to payment of the rooms and their denial as to whether they are aware of your rental of a room. They force you to repurchase another room at their rate."

"Run down. Not worth more than $20 per night. No vent in bathroom, things don’t dry out. The staff is nice, the location is good, but that does not make up for the extremely dated look of the property. My room looked nothing like the photo. I felt I was staying at a crack house. I booked in advance for 5 days. Had to leave after 2 nights. The also lost power for about 10 hours. If you stay in the front room street traffic may keep you awake at night."

"What you want me to say about hotel.com and this place. I waited there for 6 hours outside as premises was locked and the number given to call them replied me that coming in 10 mins. Than i called hotel.com and they told me that i will get back solution and they will call me back. There was raining so i called them back. They told me that i have to wait for 1 hour and will call me. I am waiting for this call until now. Don't know when hotel.com's one hour will complete. Very great experience"

"I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me. When I finally arrived, they did have my information but told me that the hotel was full, there was no vacancy so they started to call nearby hotels to get me a room after 40 minutes the front desk agent then offered me to take me to a different hotel and RODE WITH ME ON MY CAR to take me there.
