"This is such a great vacation spot!
My husband & I had an amazing time from the moment we arrived. Everyone who works there is super kind & helpful which made the whole experience even better.
The room was clean & the AC worked perfectly :) The only downside was that we had no cold water for the tub. My husband filled it in the morning & by early evening it was still hot but at least he could finally get in 😂
For an all-inclusive resort, the food was pretty good! Some hits & a few misses but...

"The staff was really kind. VIP area was also very nice! I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. The beach area was also at a really good point on the island which was gorgeous."

"Beautiful spot and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Very clean and nice assortment of activities but not a big party science which is what we liked! Could find quiet spots away from the pool

"Es un hotel excelente el trato del personal maravilloso tienen n gerente llamado Raúl que es maravilloso lo que le digan lo resuelve al momento , para ese señor no existe la palabra esperar todo lo resuelve al instante ya sea en la habitación o en la comida o bebida lo que le dijéramos ya estaba resuelto increíble , las piscinas maravillosas la comida excelente la animación buenisima , los shou maravilloso , me gusta mucho ese hotel volveré otra vez"

"Cats and dogs roam the property and are so friendly; bartenders at the pool bar were friendly and made good drinks; hostess at Thalassa dinner time was pleasant and helpful (e.g. pointing out vegetarian options on the buffet); servers at Tao Cat were pleasant and quick; servers at Thalassa dinner were pleasant; room attendants were diligent; room was clean and well kept (no issues); pool by the lobby was warm and clean; beach was clean of seaweed and enough chairs available.

"Beautiful property, the food was incredibly delicious and great quality. The staff were all un amor!! So caring, friendly and ready to assist! The rooms were a little worn but still very clean and well maintained. The gym equipment can use an update."
