"Great place, great staff!"

"Lovely hotel have returned here many times. Always clean. Great location. Pet friendly. Nice bar and restaurant too. Breakfast nice"

"Clean room and not far from city and station & beach"

"Beautiful old building, with a slightly tired interior. We had a big, somewhat quirky, room with a nice view. The location, right across from the waterfront, was great. Not especially close to the train station, but still walkable (we did it). Breakfast was good."

"The staff were super helpful and friendly and the hotel was lovely and in a great location for walking around and exploring Folkstone and the beach!"

"Clean room and breakfast"

"The hotel location is great the hotel is a little old but that adds to the charm, however the staff are outstanding with the breakfast team especially being cheerful smiling all morning. The breakfast was better than we expected, and we will definitely stop her again."

"The executive room was very spacious, very clean and had an amazing view. Staff were friendly and check in and out was a breeze. The chef on our first night produced 5 star food. Lamb cooked to perfection and breakfast perfectly made. Would recommend this hotel for sure."

"Clean, functional, good value and a central location."

Obviously the local authority runs this facility, but it would help if the carpark was twenty four seven. Luckily, I was down for the weekend for the Rowing Championships and managed to park for free along by Deal Rowing Club."
