"I celebrated my 60th birthday there and it was the BEST VACATION I have ever planned for myself (and I’ve been a lot of places)!!! Literally EVERYTHING they promise in their app they deliver!! it’s the best money I ever spent! 10/10 from start to finish! Thank you Princess Grand"

"The resort was amazing. We stayed at the adults only side. Staff were very friendly, massage was great! Cleaning was up to par:"

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Food in the buffet was excellent. I like that there were different choices of food each day. I appreciated the Jamaican food option in the buffet. Beautiful pool and beach areas."

"Great location, staff were very nice& helpful. Rooms were nice. The place may need a renovation soon but overall it was ok! My only complaint would be the food, I have been to many AI & not as much variety, very limited & not much flavour , the Ackee restaurant is Jamaican food but it's def not! Overall a 3.5 out of 5."

"Small hotel, the staff was alright. Nothing special. Location was good, not located directly on the beach but just across the street. Busy street but there's someone there to help you across so that good. The food was quite nice and a few different options were available."

"Good amenities but some of the staff acted as if it was a burden to ask for things. The entertainment staff was great always smiling and willing to help."

"Staff rude . I went to a early morning meeting and came back at 10 AM and I couldn’t get in the room to even use the bathroom. I was directed to use the restroom somewhere else called Expedia and they were supposed to call me back and I am still waiting"

"Staff, food, ambiance and cleanliness were excellent. I have already recommended it to my friends and family. I will definitely go back."

"My trip was ok.. We booked the swim out room and it was really nice. The hotel lost power in the night and we couldn’t get food at the restaurant we reserved, however, the food at the buffet was good and the variety wasn’t bad at all.. The entertainment staff did great!!! The vibes was really nice, it was raining and they brought the entertainment at a covered outdoor bar and it was really good"

"There was a dead cockroach in the hallway for a good 2 days. The hotel staff were nice but the bar staff were rude often kissing teeth if only tipped a dollar. Amenities were decent by were pictured to be better than actually experienced... like the kids water playground area. Do not sign up for a Welcome package / discounts . They take 3 hours of you time and are generally scammy/not worth it."

"Such friendly helpful staff and as a gluten free person everyone was attentive to my allergies and helped to make my experience safe as well as tasty. The beach is beautiful, the bars are fun, room service works exactly as they state. Overall a fabulous experience"
