"The location is great for the hotel, it is store, restaurant bank and close to everything. The staff are helpful and courteous. The hotel rooms are spacious for one person and always clean. "The Kempinski Changsha is a very good choice for the quality of the service. The staff were all very polite with a lot of attention to details.
The bed room was huge with an wonderful bathroom.
Breakfast with full choices between western and Asian
I'll certainly stay again in this hotel any times I'm traveling to changsha"

"The hotel has a great location, very close to the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Park as well as the bus station. There are many restaurants located nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful with recommendations on what to see in the National Park and nearby areas."
