"It took 2 weeks of me calling to get my deposit back. They kept telling me it was sent just wait and I would wait and it would never come so I call back and they tell me the exact same thing. They will try so hard to not refund your deposit. Also the rooms are disgusting. They smell terrible and musty, the ac barely works, the towels are old and dingy and look like they don't use bleach. The wifi does not work and the TV didn't even have a remote so you couldn't even use it. The bed sinks in almost like you're laying on a air mattress. The staff is rude. NONE of the lamps worked. It was just a terrible stay I do not recommend"

"I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return."

"I had a really great stay at the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western in Lombard! The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean everything was—the rooms were immaculate, and even the towels felt fresh and high-quality. The staff at the front desk were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they really care about guests feeling comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the breakfast—there’s a make-your-own waffle and pancake station, and everything tasted fresh. Such a nice way to start the day! I also loved the 24-hour coffee bar, which is a huge bonus. The lobby is beautiful and relaxing, with a nice TV area, and the entire hotel has this clean, almost aromatherapy-like scent that makes it feel calm and inviting the moment you walk in. Another great perk—Netflix in the room! That was such a fun surprise. Plus, the location is super convenient, especially being so close to Target. Overall, super clean, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities. I would absolutely stay here again! (And a Huge parking lot.)"

"Not awful but it IS under renovation so there is noise and dirt from.construction traffic in and out during the day. Quiet enough at night"
