"They informed me that they can't take the credit card for payment therefore I had to go to the bank and withdraw money. when I arrived, The room was tidy but It was too cold. i couldn't sleep. i also found out that bin in toilet was full. i guess that they forgot to empty the bin. i would never recommend this hotel in winter season. "
