The staff was wondetful and on top of everything to ensure your stay is a great one! Laundry service is quick and done wrll. "Fantastic stay and lovely hotel. Still some building works ongoing but didn’t really impact our stay too much. Great entertainment in evening and food was good. Animation team day activities could be improved as never really tell you what’s on and where and most of the time the activities never even happen despite seeing loads of animation team around the hotel."
