"To be honest, my overall experience with New York City itself was not enjoyable — the overwhelming amount of trash, constant congestion, extremely high prices, and the smell of marijuana everywhere made the stay unpleasant. "I have family that lives at 34th Street. The L Hotel is the most convenient to the family. Property is clean. Can a little loud in the hall ways but not late at night. Reasonable price and nice stay. "

"Everything is perfectly well appointed at the Arlene Williamsburg. artisan, leather and brass accents, classic tile work, stylish, brass & shadow room numbers. The pool was refreshing and rooftop bar super fun with fantastic views of Manhattan. The music went till midnight each day, so it might not be a great place for lightly sleeping children. But for adults, is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, in a good long while! Also, very pet friendly"
