"I was disappointed with my experience. Room service took far longer than expected, which delayed our reservations and impacted our plans for the evening. Additionally, the hot tub add-on was not worth the extra cost. The water appeared dirty, and the bubbles repeatedly shut off, making it difficult to enjoy. We ended up spending our time at the regular pool instead. Given these issues, I do not feel that the experience matched what was advertised or the additional amount paid."

"Travelled for work and needed a hotel in this area, but wasn’t doing more than sleeping here. So it was perfect for my needs. I was initially worried about how safe the surrounding area would be, having never been to Brooklyn, but it was perfectly fine. Desk staff were exceptionally helpful."

The cons, the location is not so nice, the ac was old and very noisy, towels small and threadbare, the TV didn't work, no noise insulation. They put some film over the windows, so you can't see through. It makes the room very dark and a bit depressing. "No coffee in the room. No morning room service to bring coffee. The line was 4 people at the bar and not a worker or employee to be found. Would not stay again. To not be able to get a coffee is ridiculous."

"The parking is extremely limited, 12 spaces. I waited over a hour to park due to an unauthorized vehicle blocking the space. The toilet paper holder was broken, only 1 towel on the bathroom, only a sheet on the bed."
