My stay was very underwhelming. I was not expecting 5 star accommodations but this stay lacked heavily in the basic departments. Upon arriving only one light in the room was operational, the ceiling light fixture was noticeably damaged, the cable tv was faulty the entire time, and there were obvious signs of smoking. I was not aware that the room was a “smoking” room but there is still no excuse to have a cigarette hole in the sheets. After alerting staff of my concerns an attempt was made to fix the tv with no avail and that was all. It is not a horrible hotel by any means, but I cannot honestly say that I was satisfied with my stay which is very disappointing.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel, although I'd most likely stay again. I ended up needing this room on short notice, and booked it late in the evening via Expedia on the night I needed the room. The price was reasonable, and it was in a decent location in Brooklyn. After paying online, once I arrived at the hotel I simply needed to show my identification, no cc was required for a security deposit, which I appreciated. The room itself was perfectly clean, with good AC which was important since I was there during a June heatwave... All standard lotions/soaps/shampoos were available in the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable although the sheets were a little thin but clean. The reason for the mixed reviews is the other guests. Throughout the night I was woken up by loud talking/yelling, and at one point fighting. A woman was pounding hard on a door next to mine screaming to be let back in. This went on for some time until I fell back asleep while she was still screaming. My issue is I don't really know if this is the typical type of crowd at this hotel (I thought back to the no credit card required), or if it was just bad luck that I was next to a room or two where the people were getting crazy (I couldn't really tell if all the noise was from one room or if it was a general trend). At the end of the day I had no complaints about the room itself, And I appreciate it the ease of booking and late check-in. Would probably give it another chance.

This place was terrible!! I will never stay there again. The room was dirty, shower knob came off when trying to shower, the phone was on the floor upon entering the room. We asked to be changed to another room. The new room had stains on the sheets, small black spots all over the bed. The only solution they had was to give me new sheets which I had to put on myself. Loud noises from slamming doors all through the night. It was a terrible experiences. I had a two night stay booked but couldn't do it and just left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
