The staff were fantastic and the facilities are amazing.

This hotel is a little hidden gem, just outside of Sofia. A 10 lev taxi ride direct into the centre. Booked for by the very friendly and helpful staff. A lovely greeting in our room, only small but, a nice little touch that was well received. The room decor may not be to everyones taste but the room was massive, clean tidy, well ventilated with a lovely view. Food in the restaurant at breakfast was plentyful. Should I return to Sofia, and its highly likely I will this will be my first choice.

Best hotel in Dobrinishte - as all the locals we came across reminded us. Comfy, clean, very warm and cosy - gorgeous thermal baths (although gets packed in evenings ), Place was loved by the whole family - couldn’t fault it -

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...

We loved our stay at Rila! It was the best location for the slopes & we loved the huge variety of food we were offered for breakfast and dinner! We loved the surprise of having a live singer in the lounge downstairs after dinner, it was a lovely addition to some of our evenings! Our room was really spacious too & staff were really helpful at reception when we needed anything!

Had a lovely stay here . Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Spa facilities were great .

Amortized standard room, need slight renovation especially on the blanckets. It looks more like a 4* hoteland definitely not 5*. The breakfast was poor on variety of food and the restaurant is small for the entire hotel. The food quality was so-so.

Superb hotel - the sauna, steam room, swimming pool, 2 hot jacuzzis and excellent buffet breakfast and evening meal was just what my family and I needed after great days skiing in Bansko.
