"Watch out when booking this complex as they give you a room in their 2nd complex behind the front one so no view etc. Quite deceiving. The pool is a waste of time, no where to put your towel, no atmosphere & very cold. Would not waste my time staying out of the centre to stay here when better options for much cheaper."

"Expedia...! I have booked this hotel. (26-Jan-2020 ~ 27-Jan-2020) This hotel is not open. But the way, the hotel continued to make reservations. I have booked this hotel. Of course, I paid for if first. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very embarrassed...... No one contacted hotel reprsentative. The same is true for the Expedia representative...... Expedia !!!! "We had a lovely stay at Sapa Clay House. The staff is very attentive and they put a lot of love and care into the property. They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Sapa. The meals served here were also incredible and healthy. You can tell they truly care about...
