"Nous avons trouvé portes closes lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à 19h à l’hôtel Villas Las Delfines à Holbox. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans hébergement nous et nos enfants (7 et 9 ans), sans support (pas de réponse Expédia à 19h heure México / 2h Paris) et avons donc eu droit à de bonnes heures de stress et de galère.
