"Traumhafte Lage mit dem besten Ausblick am Grundlsee. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - das grösste Aushängeschild des HOtels sind seine Mitarbeitenden, super freundlich, immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht, super hilfsbereit und authentisch. Die Zimmer sind schön und gut ausgestattet, allerdings sind die Badezimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verfügten in unserem Fall auch in beiden Zimmern weder über Fenster noch Lüftung, die Umbauung der Waschbecken war recht...

"Amazing hotel in the perfect location. We absolutely loved the spa and rooftop pool, all of which was done with great care. Well, this hotel gets my highest five star rating, and I highly recommend it to others, my two minor suggestions would be to have foldable luggage racks in the rooms and to allow individual guests to regulate the temperature of the rooms as ours was at a toasty 24.7°C, and we were unable to change it. Again, highly highly recommend this place and we plan to come back."

"Spa facilities in a natural setting and very nice rooms. Restaurant was ok but very overpriced- since the location is somewhat isolated it felt like being held hostage for meals. Otherwise everything was perfect."

"Boris and Yesica were amazing staff. whether related to food, drink, assistance with the shuttle bus for skiing, they were so so helpful. both deserve our gratitude. they made our stay excellent. a really pleasant enjoyable palce. we're going back again."

"Fantastisk hotel! Vi havde et dejligt og rummeligt værelse. Eneste minus på hotellet var at (de fleste i) personalet ikke var særligt imødekommende og virkede nærmest irriterede over henvendelser. Og så kunne vandet i poolen også godt være lidt varmere. "

"Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen völlig übertroffen. Parkplatz ist inkludiert. Das Essen ist absolut großartig und von sehr guter Qualität. Das ganze Personal super freundlich. Hunde sind herzlichst willkommen. Hatte an einem Tag nur geregnet, doch das Sportangebot im Hotel hat uns den ganzen Tag beschäftigt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle sehr sehr bald wieder vorbei. ☺️"

"The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff."

"Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers! "
