"I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. "

"We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. "הגענו בסביבות השעה 15:00, המלון היה סגור, על הדלת היה פתק: להתקשר לטלפון מקומי במקרה שאין אף אחד. התקשרנו, נאמר לנו לעלות למסעדה - שם מחכה לנו מפתח. עליתי - נאמר לי לחכות - מסתבר להגברת קיבלה טלפון וירדה למטה לחפש אותנו. בסופו של דבר קבלנו חדר. פתח מיזוג בחדר (ללא שליטה מהחדר) טרטר כל הזמן - חשבנו שזה בגלל הרכבל ויפסק כאשר הרכבל יפסיק לעבוד (17:00). אחרי 6 יצאני לטייל (סביבת המלון מאוד מיוחדת ושקיעה אחרי 9) - דלתות יציאה ראשיות לא נפתחו, מצאנו איזו דלת צדדית פתוחה עם גישה החוצה מאוד לא נוחה...

"Neues sehr schönes Hotel. Toller Wellnessbereich wo man im Sommer fast allein ist und im Winter kommen die Skifahrer an der Sauna vorbei. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Vom Hotel ist man bei gutem Wetter und straffen Schritt in 2,5 h auf dem Dumbier. Absolute Empfehlung. "

"Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again.
