"The hotel is located in a super weird commercial building. The rooms were right next to the Argentinian consulate in an office building, which was weird and it meant it was super annoying to get to — you had to buzz the front door and the go up a set of stairs to reach a designated elevator. But worst of all, the concierge convinced us to spend an additional 50 euros to upgrade the room with “Duomo view” and told us it’s “really special” and that the bed was extra amazing. Die Zimmer sind wundervoll ausgestattet, die Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sind traumhaft gelegen und das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Das Personal behandelt ihre Gäste wie Freunde, die zu Besuch gekommen sind!
