We spent a few days on a house boat on Lake Kariba. The wildlife we saw was amazing! Loads of elephants along the shore a and lots of hippos! Some hippos rocked our tender boat which was a bit scary haha but we made it out of that spot quickly!!

"Some of the friendliest staff anywhere, especially Thembi in the dining area, who was so accommodating and caring. We felt like we had the full attention of the staff and they endeavored to make sure our stay was perfect. Due to the location, we ate a few meals at the lodge and they were reasonably priced and very good. Excellent water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds. pool was nice and the place is clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price! "
