"Amazing hotel - definitely worth it to stay there. The property and the staff are exceptional!!"

"We loved the apartment! It’s was beautiful, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!"

"Just outside the main town area, small and quiet, but close to everything. Staff were super kind and helpful. Local transport for only $5 per ride. Appreciated they weren't pushing sales. Very comfy bed and pillows!"

"Excellent location Able to walk safely down to look over the river and the bridge . At night saw an elephant while eating dinner on the terrace Staff were extremely helpful snd friendly ."

"Melissa and George were so amazing! They made our stay extra special! Thank you so much for everything! What a breath taking property with top class service!"

"Power in the area is unstable. The power, along with internet, went out for seconds or minutes at least 20 times each day. The rooms I reserved and paid for in advance were not available when I arrived. I had to take less desirable rooms for my stay. The cottage rooms and meals were OK."

"It was great! Highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel, calm setting on the river and convenient transfers to town and airport"

"Great lodge. Clean. Well located. Only bad thing was the internet had a weak signal on apartment number 1. The rest was great"

"This place was truly amazing! Everyone was incredibly helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return."

"The staff were attentive, warm and very engaging, from those in maintenance to the ones in the restaurant. Tendo was a rock at the front desk! She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!"

"A beautiful, very calming and intimate little hotel. The staff is exceptional."

"The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful."

"The property was very clean overall. The staff at the restaurant and bar were very helpful and attentive. Food was very tasty. Rooms are a little outdated and sleeping under a net is a must due to some mosquitoes. Overall it was a good, quick stay for me."

"Excellent place to stay to escape the bustle of downtown. Watch warthogs, families of Mongoose and monkeys and Bushbuck on the front lawn of your villa. A short walk to the Boma Restaurant and Drum show. Highly recommend"

"Great location, walking distance to falls and across the street from a brewery/restaurant. Rooms were clean and they even rent space to tour companies in the hotel so you can make arrangements there."
