"The superior twin room we were initially allocated had no windows, and the TV was mounted on the side of one bed, making it unsuitable for both guests to watch comfortably. In our opinion, these appeared to be standard rooms rather than superior rooms. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to another room which did have a window and a TV positioned facing both beds. However, the air conditioning in this room was not working. I would like to mention that Nas from maintenance was excellent....

"The staff and service were amazing, my partner and I decided to book an overnight stay for our anniversary, we didn't inform them prior, nor make any special requests, but they still surprised us with a complementary anniversary cake, as well as a discounted room upgrade! The staff didn't even let us open any doors, whether it was taxi, or hotel entrance. The hotel was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, felt like kings and queens for a night. Thanks 1 Hotel :)"

"All of the staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable, clean and well set up. Breakfast was excellent and thank you to the kind staff member who made sure I had gluten free food. The hotel is in an excellent location and getting from and to the train station was very easy.
