"This was our first time staying at the Sheraton fallsview hotel. We've stayed at several other hotels in Niagara falls. This hotel is good if you have children as it's all connected indoors to the water park, restaurants, and arcade and the Casino. The negative is that it is damn expensive. Everything is triple price to the norm. From Starbucks to the Circle K to the restaurants withing the complex are ridiculously priced, so buyer beware. "This hotel surpassed my expectations! We had a 1 bedroom suite. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was a perfect temperature and it was clean and well maintained. The only issue was the pull out couch - the mattress was very thin and it was extremely uncomfortable. But everything else was great!"

"The hotel was great except for one thing. Our room had a ant problem. We told the front desk. Someone came and sprayed but more came. The room needs to be nuked killing a few wont solve the issue, it was room 224. It wasnt a lot of ants but it was few scattered. Other than that it was nice. The service at the desk was great. They gave my girlfriend free pads while she was on her period. They were always handy and ready to solve any problem. The breakfast was average. A good amount of options....
