"The view from my room is beautiful, right in front of the waterfall. However, the carpet was wet, the pillows were too high, and one pillowcase had a blood-like stain. There were insects in the room, and I could hear the hair dryer from the next room. They took a long time to find my reservation and charged me $50 to park my car. Apart from that, the location is good."

"Everything was fantastic! The USB ports and electrical outlets need to be changed as they seem to be a bit worn out. I had a hard time charging my devices. The AC plug or USB plug would not make proper connection. Other than that, a great place to stay. "

"We have stayed twice and the front desk staff have been so lovely. The parking staff as well were very helpful as my daughter was on crutches. The room was quiet, clean and spacious with a lovely corner window/view. We would absolutely stay here again, as the room rate was very reasonable compared to other places that aren’t even as nice! "Room was large and very clean. About a five minute drive to the falls! It’s $15 a day to park at hotel. Very nice breakfast!"

"This hotel surpassed my expectations! We had a 1 bedroom suite. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was a perfect temperature and it was clean and well maintained. The only issue was the pull out couch - the mattress was very thin and it was extremely uncomfortable. But everything else was great!"
